Shipping policy

We usually ship our orders with Canada Post and UPS. We do our very best to provide shipping and tracking information when available. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and that once they leave our shop, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur with the delivery times. 

If you will not be home and do not want a package safe dropped at your location, please mention it in the comments or your order. We reserve the right to charge more for a signature for delivery.

We reserve the right to charge extra shipping fees if your order is larger than our standard Bowboxes. We will contact you beforehand to confirm or have you modify your order. This applies to all of our monthly and yearly subscriptions alike.

If you DO NOT upgrade to EXPEDITED SHIPPING with TRACKING, Elie's Bows is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. This can result in full loss on your part of your order as we do not issue refunds for lost packages.

If packages are lost in transit due to a transport error, we will open an investigation with the shipping service used and try our best to replace any items you have ordered. Unfortunately, this is not always possible as our items have limited stock. In this case, we can offer you an in-store credit or a refund.

All of our Subscribers get free shipping on their subscription items ONLY.
